I've knocked these together very quickly for the new edition of AoS, but would absolutely be compatible with other games.
The central circle is 40mm in diameter, and the outer edge of the larger circle sits 3-inches away - no need to worry about miniscule measurements - you're either on the objective or not!
The model is 1mm thick, which should be thin enough to not interfere with terrain etc. but if you want them a little sturdier you could scale the Z size upwards - just be sure to disable uniform scaling.
Note - these may not be the exact size for Spearhead games - I understand they may be slightly smaller - once I can source exact measurements for the Spearhead board, I can make new models for that game mode.
