Archetype Blackbird Orbiter mount with filament sensor

I needed a filament sensor for a blackbird with an orbitor. I added space here for a standard df2 type switch (without the arm). It mounts with 2x 2x10mm screws. It uses a 5mm ball for the sensor. The PFTE tube needs to be notched where the ball will intercept it to allow for full movement. 

A heatset insert goes in the top on the right side for the orbitor to attach. You can insert one from the bottom on the left side, making sure to go above the holes that the blackbird mounts to. 

Supports are built in and it should orient correctly in orca, prusa if you use the auto orientation to build plate. 

Added a filament sensor and adjusted sizes based on filament sensor placement.
