🆕 Update Available:
A newer version of this filament guide is now available:
👉 Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus – Filament Guide V2 (Smooth Feed Upgrade)
Featuring modular parts, smoother filament routing, and improved mounting.
As with the original, I also use this "Parametric pulley" shurub https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5732337
however, i printed them in one piece and put them on the axles that way. it worked perfectly.
I also used two bearings per axle (608)
And then mounted them with washers of the right size, which i also printed my self.
I tried to design all the parts in such a way that almost all of the support could be completely dispensed with.
Unfortunately, with some overhangs it can't be completely avoided.
I used the two original screws for the old holder and moved the mounting point only slightly.
The filament sensor cable can be left as it is and fits perfectly back onto the sensor.
As Spool holder i used this one https://www.printables.com/de/model/480594-spool-holder
Anyone who would like to support me is very welcome to buy me a beer.

The author remixed this model.
The basic principle was very well done, but I wanted to have the spool next to the printer in the print area.
so changes are
My problem was this top holder and the fact that the spools were constantly unwinding during fast, short movements.
Fortunately this has now come to an end.
