Creality K1 MAX Unibody Riser W/Glass slider and filament sensor relocation

Few people have said that the fit is snug, I would suggest scaling everything to 102% should make it a bit less snug. 

Currently i'm working 72hr weeks and don't have the time to get around to fixing this. 

DISCLAIMER: You will have to trim off some of the tabs on the plates depending on orientation as there is interference with the corner brackets to glue the beams to.  
Please pay attention to this. 
Since plates are split into 2 parts and universal I didn't want to upload multiple plate files as it's easy to cut off 1 tab depending on orientation. The sensor plate already has the tab removed for you because it's not universal. 

Glue together the beams to the corners and then print the plates and slot them in. 
fill, sand, prime and paint if desired. 
slide in glass and then press fit corners of whole assembly into printers top, whole assembly should be pretty rigid once assembled and locked in.

I printed the main frame upright this creates a lot of waste with supports but I found it gave me the cleanest result. orientation can be changed to best suit your needs. upside down would require the least amount of filament for supports but I was having issues with the overhangs coming out clean. 

I color matched the body of the riser as best as I could with a 10 year old can of dynamic cast iron grey spray paint I had, picture of can included in photos.

Added the obj file of the whole assembly incase you would like to remix or need to fix something.  

I'm not amazing at 3d modeling so I did my best, I managed to get the assembly working for me, though some sanding was required, I have since added a 0.2mm gap between some parts to give more tolerance.

Print 1x of each corner (FRONT RIGHT, FRONT LEFT, REAR LEFT, REAR RIGHT)
Print 1x REAR BEAM
Print 3x BEAM UNIVERSAL 
Print 3x PLATE LONG (UNIVERSAL)
Print 1x PLATE SMALL (SENSOR RELOCATE)
Print 1x PLATE LONG (FOR SENSOR RELOCATE SIDE)

I love the look of the unibody Riser for the K1/K1C and wanted the same look for my K1 max. 



I added filament sensor relocation so that it's a straight path into the printer from the side
also added a slider for the glass lid as the k1 max has a glass top and not a plastic dome
