Helical gear for Dewert actuator

This is the helical gear for a Dewert linear actuator (will upload the model code when I'll find it out). I printed this in PA-CF to achieve enough strenght to resist the movements of a medical bed. Print a test and stress it out a lot to know if the printed gear will last, considering the multiple movimentations and the weight applied.

Notes:

Supports are needed to print the gear, but be sure not to have supports on the inside of the hole.
Do not exceed 0.2mm resolution or it will result in a bad screwed part inside.
