The BambuLab AMS (Automatic Material System) is designed to keep filament dry during 3D printing. However, humidity can still be an issue due to the following factors:
Moisture Absorption by Filament:
Tiny Silica Gel Bags Inside the AMS:
Solution: EasyDry Spools:
Remember that proper filament storage and handling are crucial for achieving the best results. If you’re experiencing humidity-related issues, consider using EasyDry Spools and monitoring the AMS’s internal humidity levels for optimal performance. 🌟
The spools are very easy to print, i made 4 different version. If you use some filament regular print the spool from this filament so the spool them self acts as filament swatch.
Food safe orange silicat gel
I use the orange one that went dark green if saturated with water and can be unlimited regenerated in 2 - 4 hours with only 110°C this can be done with any convection oven.
