This is a remix of the Axis Pin Cap and Axis Detent for the FLP Ogre. I found that those two pieces, when glued to the aluminum tube from the hardware kit, had a tendency to fall off when removing the tube from a cylinder to swap. With gracious help from the designer, I modeled a pin to connect the two, and sliced the bottom off so it can be printed longways on the bed for strength. The knurled knob now sits flush with my Ogre and the detent clicks in- if your tolerances are a little out your mileage may vary, but would be curious to see your experiences.

Print Settings

I printed it with 4 walls and 20% gyroid infill and it feels sturdy enough to me. Your mileage may vary.

Connected the AxisDetent and AxisPinCap with a cylinder, then used an intersecting plane to slice off the bottom so it will print flat on the bed.
