I needed a way to attach a hook to the back of my projects that I'm spray painting in a tent. I couldn't find any models that would work, so I tried my hand at making one myself. I designed it to fit the approx. 40mm diameter rod I am using. Its meant to fit a #10 (11mm) countersink screw head and 3/4th (19mm) in length. I made it 40 mm wide to allow for double sided tape or whatever temporary adhesive used. I also added a slant at the bottom to help pry it up if something like hot glue is used.
I printed in ASA but PLA would probably be fine. My settings were 4 walls, 4 top and bottom shells, 15% infill (can make it higher for more strength, no supports.
I'm not an engineer or experienced designer but I figured I'd share it in case it would help someone else.
