Lost a foot/stand for my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5050. Unable to purchase a replacement so I made one.
Two components:
- Top
- Bottom
Print the top in your favourite filament (PLA/PETG/ABS)
Recommend printing bottom with TPU
You will require your own self-threading screw, eg a self-tapping flat-head screws (2 per foot).
Top and bottom pieces have a zero-tolerance fit and are very snug.
Printed with 50% infill at 0.14mm layer height.
Top:
- Printed in PLA
- Printed with organic supports
-
Bottom:
- Printed in TPU
- Printed without supports
- Gyroid Infill
For TPU part, may require fine tuning with number of bottom layers, bottom thickness and temperature for maximum friction. May be possible to use a solvent or rubber coating to increase the stickyness/friction.
