Modifications apportées :

• Sur le support Bas :
  • Ajout de 5 passages pour fibres optiques afin de visualiser frontalement les indicateurs lumineux qui étaient masqués par le support bas.
  • Une “boite optique” permet d'aligner précisément les fibres en face des diodes de la batterie.
  • Les alésages des 4 fixations  ont été élargis pour permettre d'y passer une visseuse avec un porte embout diamètre 10mm.
• Sur le support haut, le trou supérieur à été supprimé.

il est nécéssaire d'ajouter 5 brins de fibre optique de 2mm de diamètre. J'ai pris celles-ci :

Je n'ai fait la modification que pour la batterie Bosh Powertube verticale  Gen 2.

Des améliorations possible :

• ajout de perçages oblongs sur le support haut car la distance entre les supports hauts et bas est importante et pas évidente à fixer.
• Supprimer la pièce “bloc optique” et tracer un conduit 3d pour chaque fibre. : Fait

Modifications made:

On the bottom support:

• Addition of 5 passages for optical fibers to allow frontal visualization of the light indicators that were masked by the bottom support.
• An "optical box" allows for precise alignment of the fibers in front of the battery LEDs.
• The bores of the 4 fastenings have been widened to allow a screwdriver with a 10mm diameter bit holder to pass through.
• On the top support, the upper hole has been removed.

• Hinzufügen von Langlöchern am oberen Halter, da der Abstand zwischen den oberen und unteren Haltern erheblich ist und nicht einfach zu befestigen ist.
• Entfernen des „optischen Blocks“ und das Erstellen eines 3D-Kanals für jede Faser. Fertig !
