Swash Plate Engine (No Extra Hardware Needed)

This fully 3D printable swash plate engine is based on the INNengine e-REX. It is not to scale to the e-REX, but shows how it functions. The model rotates to show the piston movement and has a removable section to view inside the engine. Intake, exhaust, and cooling channels are featured to show basic functionality.

The model is sectioned into pieces that are printable on a 220mm x 220mm x 250mm build volume. All parts are 3D printable so no additional hardware is needed to assemble.

Part names with quantities and suggested infill are listed in the Swash Plate Parts List.pdf file. Everything is designed so minimal supports are needed. The suggested orientations and paint on supports are shown below. Blue is on the build surface and Green is where support is needed.
