I recently purchased a nice pair of IEMs for when I was playing beat saber. I quickly found myself annoyed by the long chord, as such, I set it out to make a small cable winder that could attach to the Quest 3 and allow me to easily shorten the length of the cable and ensure that it would stay in place.
When attaching the winder to your Quest headset, I recommend that you place it over the strap and then slide it over the hard plastic, as it may be too tight to fit over it otherwise. One corner has a small divot, this is made to ensure that the microphone / speaker array is not covered.
You can use double-sided Velcro strips (10mm) to tighten the wire to lock it into place
I recommend you print it with something like PETG, as it's a little less rigid, and allows it to flex when attaching. It requires two supports for the winding part, as can be seen here:

Make sure to orient the divot upwards when placing it on the build plate.
