Spare Gaskets for Rosahl Dehumidifer Membranes

Most membranes come with gasket, but if spare is needed, difficult to source individually, so print these with flex/TPU.

Rosahl dehumidifer membranes of the M-series come with a flat/mat gasket. However, I managed to break one of mine by not placing it properly underneath the membrane bottom and it got twisted around the mounting screws during fastening. Since the are difficult to source individually, I made some spare/alternative gasket models and share here.

Printing

I printed mine with Polymaker Polyflex TPU90 on a Prusa MK3S+. These work fine, but TPU90 would be considered on the tougher end of elasticity and a softer material would be beneficial. Also more difficult to print, though.

No supports needed, it's just a 2mm flat thing. Use a suitable build plate for such materials like textured or satin or add gluestick or similar when using a smooth PEI sheet. Flex material sticks really well and too well on smooth PEI alone.

I went for 2mm height because the original gasket is around 2mm as well. Feel free to scale it down the Z-axix to whatever height required. That will still work fine and seal well.

If you need one for another Rosahl membrane, feel free to reach out and I can add some more.
