Toolhead
This Rookery-compliant toolhead for the Rook MK1 3D Printer will house a 60mm x 28mm part cooling blower fan and a 30mm x 10mm hotend axial fan.
It is designed for use with a CHC CR10 Hotend, but other hotends may work as well.
There are spaces for two M3 heat inserts on the side of the hotend for mounting an ADXL sensor for calibrating vibration compensation.
Print this toolhead using Polycarbonate or ASA. I would suggest printing with the front of the toolhead on the build plate to limit the amount of support material needed.
Screaming Chicken Mod
Optionally, have a little fun and give your hotend the appearance of a Screaming Rubber Chicken. I printed the additional pieces with my resin printer and attached them to the hotend with CA glue (superglue).
