Modeled by trial and error. Fitment will be slightly off so shape it with sandpaper.
Print face down and use supports. I used ABS+ to prevent warping on a hot summer day. Used body filler to fill the imperfections before painting.
The thin tabs have holes in them. I covered paperclips with JB weld epoxy and inserted them in these holes. They act like rebar in cement to prevent the tabs from breaking.
Just search steering wheel control on aliexpress and you will see what I used.
