I remixed the original to include a new cap design and made the file as parameterized as possible.

Description
PDFI've changed the design of the cap to use a carabiner as well as a latch to tie/clamp the end of the bags to.
Change the user parameters in the fusion file to make it fit your needs. Everything should automatically adjust within some ‘normal’ limits for dog poop bags (you won't be able to make it as big as the printer bed just like that).
Uploaded STL files are for rolls of bags that can fit in 65mm x 33mm with an internal hole of 7mm.
