I liked the idea of the dorsal mount for the MMU3 buffer on the Delack. It nicely organizes things in my limited space. The Delack MMU side mount just didn't work for me. This top mount is nice and I really appreciate how the tubing is organized. But I thought it was a bit too high. This version is shorter. I hacked this together in PrusaSlicer. All I have is a STL version - sorry no STEP files.
On a related note, I ran the PTFE tubes for the MMU3 from the top mounted buffer through the fan hole on the back of the enclosure to get a slightly better curve up to the MMU and less resistance. Along with this shorter tower, my MMU3 is printing reliably. You do lose the ability to use the fan/vent until I can figure out how to combine the fan and PTFE opening.
Thanks to 3DSourcerer for the Delack and the original file. Hopefully this helps someone else.
The author remixed this model.
Same as the original just cut down a bit.
