This gearing system is entirely print in place with a nice smooth motion.

There are 2 STL's, a regular (with .2mm spacing that works well on will tuned machines) and a “loose” (with .5mm spacing that works with not so well tuned machines).

I was surprised by how smooth of a motion it has and will be making more gears in this format soon!

I printed it with a .2mm layer height out of PETG-cf but it should work with most materials.
