Full printed A4 paper shradder

This is an experiment if it is possible to make full printed paper shradder. And here it is.

Size of shradder is adapt to A4 papers. You will print your own bearings, knife gears, shaft etc… Some part is needed to glued.

• All can be print on 0,2mm layer. Knife gears and bearings with 0,16 recommended. 
• Supports needed only for frame.
• As infill I used 10-15% Gyroid. For screw in bearing, nut and handle in screw area it is recommended to use modifier with 100% infill. 

Assembly:

*IMPORTANT!! Follow picture see bellow - the knife gear must be set as on picture in order to smooth moving.

1. There is 4 types of knife gear - short and long and special two knife gears with notches - one notche and two - these parts has to be put into frame according marks on frame (1G - knife gear with one notche, 2G - knife gear with two notches)
2. There is two distance rings also marked by notches (one or two) - these rings has to place on side of frame marked as 1D (ring with one notche) and 2D (ring with two notches)
3. The rest knife ring are place one by one (short knife gear - long knife gear - short knife gear, …). Each side has 14 knife gears.
4. Each side of shaft have two bearings, one of them is with screw
5. The frames are joint by a 6 pins - recommended to use glue into pin halls
6. Sync gears are recommended glued
7. Handle is simply screwed
8. The handle grip is needed glued with handle pin
