Pencil 2mm & 2.8mm leads

Print these awesome adjustable pencils that accommodate 125mm long leads with individual diameters of 2mm & 2.8mm. Additionally each pencil has a multi functional end cap showing the lead diameter size of the pencil. This cap contains a short pocket clip, a fixing loop for string or chord, plus a hole for your peg board or wall hook. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I do

In use, as the lead wears down, you can simply move the latched slider forward with the trigger button in increments of 1.5mm allowing great flexibility in your control over the protruding length of lead.

1. Printing …..

a) Best results require max layer ht of 0.15mm with ~80% infill.

b) Make sure that the Front nose part is absolutely flat on the bed surface. It may look as if it's flat on the bed, but generally it needs a slight rotation. (ツ)

c) Add seam line to underside of Nose - makes it less visible in general use.

d) Except for the Lead slider no supports are needed - (use paint on supports to avoid excessive over supporting from your slicer).

Please follow the assembly instructions below. You will need to glue the slider & trigger button together as well as the front nose section to the main body.

C) The End Cap needs a good push to get into position. See pic to remove
