Dual Extruder Nozzle Indicator

Model notes,

All the individual numerals and letters in each file are connected by a very thin (.01mm) joiner, this is intentional and means your slicer can treat it as one model rather than up to 7 in the case of the dials, greatly reducing your slicers processing time. The joiners are so small they will ultimatly be ignored and should not make it thru to the final print.

The holes in the base section are not thru holes, they have a shallow 0.3mm section included so tht no supports will be required. These will be simple to punch/drill out if you decide to use the optional M3x6mm screws to join the halfs. I did not bother with this as the two halfs are holding together fine without them.

Printed on my Solvol SV04 in PLA, 0.4mm nozzle and line width for the main parts and using a 0.3mm nozzle with line width set to 0.25 for the inset numerals and letters.

Starting with the excellent original model by fuchsr I have remodelled most aspects of it to include the following adaptations,

Changed RH dial to use for 2nd extruder

Changed range of nozzle sizes to 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 0.5, 0.6, 0.8 & 1.00mm, represented simply as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 1

Added L&R indicator letters to the front face

Changed text elements from raised to flush items

Added recesses on the rear for magnets

The rear also has a cut out to clear a screw head on the front panel of a Sovol SV04, but this will not affect use on any other machines, I have also included a back plate without this recess should it be desired. 

I have attached it by gluing in 3 magnets, sized approx 5x20x1.6mm, but double sided tape would work just as well.
