INSTRUCTIONS:

Intoduce the tip of the balloon and clip it in, then secure it with the pin.

You can use a spring from any kind of pen to make the latch fly off when thrown and to ensure the balloon is released. 

MAX spring diameter 5mm (Maybe you will need to cut the spring to length)
