This is a tactical laser attachment which fits on your Bug-A-Salt 3.0.
Read the Instructions before you print anything!

The front plate print features an mid print insert.
Print out the provided "metal-template.pdf" and glue the template to your metal sheet.

Cut out the template. You don't have to be exactly here, just make sure you cut it undersize to have a nice fit.

When printing you have to add a pause to your slicer at layer 15 (0.2mm layerheight) to add the metal plate.

The Back plate has to be printed with supports:

Add the threaded inserts to the middle - part:

Solder wires to the springs:

Glue the springs into the back - part with ca-glue:
(watch out for the polarity, otherwise the label for + and - on the middle part will be wrong)

solder the switch and the diode

Slide in the diode to its position in the middle part (slide it in from the back):
its a press fit and the fit depends on your printer accuracy. If it is too tight, you can widen the hole with a 6mm drill.

glue the switch into it's position. Be careful when using thin ca glue. it can destroy your switch.

Glue the back and the middle part together:

push the cables into their position and secure them with some hot glue:

put in the two AA batteries and screw the two halves together using the for M3x10 counter sunk screws

Add it to your Bug-A-Salt 3.0 and secure it with the two M3 x 10 side screws
