UNI-T multimeter multigrid support UT171B

This allows you to have a removable mount for your UT171B, I assume this will also work for the UT171A/B/C. A and C models have not been tested. If you have one please provide feedback

I printed in PETG .2 layerheight and .6 Nozzle, print the model in the orientation provided.
