PDF

Thickness is 7mm, and spanner width is 50mm.

Modeled with ISO profile, using tolerance 6H from ISO 639-3 (minor diameter can be up to +0.3mm).

Therefore, I modeled it with a +0.15mm margin, which should be enough whether you over or under extrude. Note however you still need XY hole compensation in slicer.

Recommended print settings (for a 0.4mm nozzle):
- 0.16mm layer height
- Print without support
- Variable extrusion width (Arachne)
- Inner/outer/inner walls

- XY hole compensation of 0.15mm
- Strength profile with 4 walls and 25% gyroid infill
- Concentric 1mm top and bottom pattern, with ironing on all top surfaces
- Scarf seams (external and internal)
