Update - v2 model shortens the height and width of the “bun” to sit into the rail without as much sanding or additional fitment. As long as the accessory can slide over the rail with the “bun” installed the M4 bolt should thread right into the slot for a solid lock up.
Some printed picatinny grip and accessory designs utilize M4 bolts through the part that interfaces with the picatinny slot without the ability to clamp the part for a snug fit. The M4 screw dimensions are too lose for some of these applications, this leaves front/back play on the rail, so I made a little wrap for the screw that fills in the space in the picatinny slot around the M4 screw. Press the spacer in place in the slot desired, slide on the accessory (make sure the spacer is pressed flat in the slot to avoid crushing it) and screw the M4 bolt through the spacer. A Beer Brat needs the support of a bun, does it not?
