Print settings:

• Shell thickness: 1mm horizontal and vertical
• Supports: > 85 degrees
• Adhesion: Brim
• Infill Density: 10%
• Don't worry about horizontal expansion. All the clearances are very forgiving.
   

Note: You're going to need to apply some elbow grease to get the screw in. That's by design so that the clip isn't liable to wiggle around. The small hole/bump below the screw is to lock it in place.
