Raspberry Pi 5 with 7 inch display GPS system housing

If you want to print the part, consider splitting it, i made three seperate prints, the big housing piece, the msaller housing piece and the ball mount sperately.

The text above the ball mount is removed in the stl file, please add something yourself, this will act as an air inlet and it keeps the Pi cooler, even without an active cooler.

Then glued it with cyanoacrylate.

i printes with CR-PETG at 230C and slow print speed for the first layer.

Check your usb connector height and with before printing and if needed, adjust the USB-A port opening, or print it and post machine with a file or dremel.
