Assembly (from original with some additions):
- Solder wires to the endstop. Use the two outer pins, don't connect anything to the inner one. If you are unsure about this, check the V2.4/Trident manual, there are instructions for the wiring of the x and y endstop switches. No changes on that procedure.
- Optional: Use a small piece of heat shrink over the middle pin
- Use 2 M2x10 self-tapping screws to fasten the microswitch in the bracket.
- Push the 2 pin XH connector from the outside into the bracket.
- Optional: Use a small dab of super glue if needed to fasten the connector
- Turn out the two front screws for the stepper motor, use M3x35 to attach the bracket. The holes are actually slots for endstop adjustment. I get good results when the bracket is flush with the motor housing.
- Fasten the bumper to the gantry, use the holes and screws that you used for your cable bridge. The mount was designed for the stock screws.
- Connect the male 2 pin connector and run wires to your MCU.
