All parts print in the default model orientation without supports in PLA or any other material. You can print it in any layer height as well, as there are no overhangs.
There are lots of pre-made STLs you can download for different tabletop thicknesses.

You can modify this design in Fusion 360 (the free version is enough) using parameters to make it fit your needs. Download the Fusion 360 design file (in โDesign Filesโ at the bottom of the downloads), open it, and then you can change the parameters by clicking on Solid โ Modify โ Change Parameters.
These are the parameters you most likely would want to change:

channel_thickness_tolerance | 0.1 mm | If the printed part doesn't slide over the channel easily, increase this. |
table_thickness_tolerance | 0.2 mm | If the printed part fits too tightly on your table, increase this. |

model_table_extension | 50 mm | How much the clamp should extend onto the table |
fillet_radius | 3 mm | How much the edges should be rounded off. |
