Toniebox Bottom cover MicroSD

This replaces the bottom cover for toniebox with one that has a slot for MicroSD extension cable. 
This is highly helpful if you are working with teddybench or teddycloud:

ATTENTION: Remove the SDCard previously to adding/removing the bottom cover - it slightly stands out into the bottom cover for easier removal.

The object is already aligned in print direction.
Due to the objects architecture it is necessary to be printed with supports from build plate enabled.
