Adapter plate for Perlisten & VESA wall mount

Adapter plate for using a VESA wall mount for Perlisten S4s/R4s.

I've used these:

4x M6x20mm for Perlisten
4x M5x10mm + washer + nut for VESA mount on the the adapter

I used PETG and 50% infill for the ceiling and 20% for the wall and feel perfectly safe, but..
