This design is a bit hard and requires some dexterity. This Page is still under construction
This has power synchronization, it detects power activity from the curing station to turn on the UV probes on the platform. To calibrate it simply plug the the power pass through to the Wash and cure station ( uses a 5x2.5mm DC jack) and turn on the curing mode. Double Press the encoder knob to start calibration process. The activity light will blink 4 times when completed. Adjust the tolerance by turning the knob and then Single Press to Save it.
I included my original Fusion 360 file for the Slip Ring if you want to build one for a different wash station.

Maintenance:
Spray some contact cleaner on a swab and clean the conductive raceways on both sides. Remove the gantry from the race way and clean the contact points as well.
Over time the copper tape will erode and wear out since its only 0.1mm thick. It would be time to re-apply a new one. Remember to check for conductivity while installing a new copper tape.
Notice:
If the Slip-Ring starts to slide from the turn-table Place some rubber tape on the latch ring on the contact points (small raised bumps) or place the rubber tape under the slip-ring.
