Where there is a problem you can find a solution. I hate how the water collects in the bottom of my RV water heater when I drain it at the end of a camping weekend. With the issue of wood getting wet, rotting, and falling apart I decided to find a solution. The option on Amazon did not look like it fit all that well and why not design my own and this is what I came up with.
Magnets in the end are glued into place to hold the chute during draining process. Link to the magnet I used below. Need to first test to see if it fits.
Test1: Way to small all around
Rev1: Sizing close to correct but not happy with fitment.
Rev2: Looking to lower the chute and add a large radius to match the base plus added/fit another magnet to each side.
