Sovol SV08 Orca Profile - Gohan (w/ filament)

-I have changed the entire orca machine start gcode now:

M104 S0 ; Stops OrcaSlicer from sending temp waits separately
M140 S0
START_PRINT EXTRUDER=[first_layer_temperature] BED=[first_layer_bed_temperature] CHAMBER=[chamber_temperature]

Along with all of these changes, I have also installed KAMP: https://github.com/kyleisah/Klipper-Adaptive-Meshing-Purging

The reasoning for this is to allow the printer to abandon the custom purge line sovol setup and use the adaptive purge line, and smart parking to prevent excessive blobbing on the nozzle before printing.

This profile has been modified from the SV08 profile. I'm not sure what all will be included with my upload, but the SV08 profile I am running should be labeled as ‘-Gohan’. 

Inside/outside wall width has been changed
Flow has been changed
bridging has been changed
cooling has been changed
