Doppelzahnrad 116-127 für Bernardo P600G, Double gear 116-127 for Bernardo P600G

Doppel-Zahnrad / Wechselzahnrad mit 116-127 Zähnen für den Antrieb des Vorschubgetriebes an der Drehmaschine Bernardo P600G zum schneiden zölliger Gewindesteigungen.
Mit diesem Doppelzahnrad anstelle des originalen 120-127 ist die Steigung 29 Gänge pro Zoll möglich. 
Hebelstellungen siehe Tabelle. 

Müßte auch an baugleiche Modelle wie HBM 280x600, Paulimot PM 3700 oder Warco GH 600 passen.

Achtung: Für einen paßgenauen Sitz muß die 14mm Bohrung mit einer 14 H7 Reibahle auf genaues Maß gebracht werden!!

Falls es jemand druckt und verwendet, bitte um Rückmeldung ob es auch wirklich an den anderen genannten Drehmaschinen paßt.

With this double gear instead of the original 120-127, the pitch of 29 threads per inch is possible.
