#0166 Mandalorian Poker Playing Card Case [2 sizes]

My son has taken a liking to “Cardistry” - artistic card handling - and have so far settled on Theory11 cards (among others) as both being beautiful and of good quality.  Naturally he wanted to have a card case that protects both the box and the cards.  
 

His deck happened to have the Mandalorian motif (you can find them on Amazon), so I came up with this model and I thought I'd share.  I also included a variant that fits only the bare deck. Enjoy!

Key Features:

1. Easy to print without supports - This is the Way!
2. Sized for Theory11 standard cards and their boxes.
3. Unique helmet profile-matching between the lid and the case (check out the pics!)
4. Two sizes provided:
   1. Fits the card box and deck - inside dimensions: 66.9mm x 93.3 mm x 18.9 mm (should fit any card box up to approx. 65.5 x 92.8 x 18.5 mm).
   2. Fits the bare deck - inside dimensions: 64.5mm x 89.4 mm x 17.1 mm
5. Includes a retention feature to latch the lid to the case- squeeze the circles on the sides to easily open the lid.

Recommendations:

1. 0.2mm layers, 0.4mm nozzle.
2. Use PLA or PETG, on QUALITY setting.  As shown, I printed it in CC3D PLA Galaxy Black.
3. Use “aligned” seams.  Do not use random seams.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***

For the best protection for your precious cards and boxes, best NOT to print with anything that has carbon fiber (CF) in it, because CF is abrasive and will scratch/damage your deck over time and usage.
