I've used some of the other risers, but they didn't flow with the Q1 aesthetic. So I rounded things out a bit and made it snap-together. The corner pieces have built in support for printing. You will need 2 of each corner and 4 of the rails for a completed part. The corners are labeled ‘L’ and ‘R’, just make sure you have them at opposing corners when you assemble. Check your slicer settings for seams in the preview, makes sure they don't show up on the surface for the smoothest look. I used scarf joints and ‘Back’ alignment, then just rotated to get the seam where I wanted. For filament, I used Bambu ABS-GF and they look awesome! Add a little double sided tape around the opening to keep it flush with the top on the printer.
THE SNAP JOINTS ARE DESIGNED TO BE TIGHT! MAY WANT TO LOWER EXTRUSION % DOWN 1 OR 2 DEPENDING ON YOUR PRINTER CALIBRATION.
