Peopoly Magneto X Enclosure LED Lighting Module

This is a LED lighting module that is mounted inside the top enclosure of the Peopoly Magneto X 3D printer.

All parts were printed in ABS material.

1. Print 4 pieces of the corner bracket.
2. Print 2 pieces of the long straight piece.
3. Print 2 pieces of the short straight piece.
4. Assemble the LED frame using 3/16" diameter x 1.25" long stainless steel pins. (Source: McMaster-Carr, P/N 90145A505. Quantity: 8 pieces
5. Mount the frame to the top enclosure by using the screw holes in the Peopoly Magneto X Top Enclosure (see close-up photo).
6. Attach LED strip to LED frame.  See my YouTube video for link in the description for the LED strip source.  My YouTube video link: 

7. Use a hot melt glue gun to apply hot melt adhesive to edges of LED strip and to seams of LED frame.  This will ensure the LED strip pressure-sensitive adhesive will not fail during prolonged exposure to heat within the enclosure.

8. Attach the Top Enclosure to the Peopoly Magneto X 3D printer.

9. Route the  LED wiring cable down the inside corner of the Magneto X.

10. Plug in the LED and use the remote control to turn on and off the LED lighting strip.
