The 100 Orbiter Direct Drive Toolhead

Summary

This is a direct drive toolhead for The 100 printer. One of my main goals with this mod was to fit the fan shroud/motor mount to the stock rod carrier w/ a CHC hotend.

Updates

• 6/25/2024 - Removed 4010 fan from BOM, opting to use 5015 fan instead
• 3/08/2025 - Added .step files for ducts, upper duct, front face, and motor mount bracket. Revised motor mount bracket.
