This is my 2nd version in the 5th update
For Mounting:
- Push the nozzle onto the bed
- Screw the screws into the duct beforehand
- Push the cable out of the hotend into the housing and place the duct for the screw holes
- Place the spanner under the air outlet so that there is a gap of approx 1mm between the air outlet and the bed.
- Tighten the screws on the X-axis.
- Mount the fan with the two screws and insert the other fan vertically into the hole.
- Mount the Screwcover if you like
Changed settings in 5th update:
- Light shift of the mounting holes (again)
- the pre-drilled hole of the nozzle fan in the upper left corner can now be used with cable ties, as it is completely drilled through
- changed the shape of the fan frame to have exactly 5mm to each side, there is a tiny gap of 1mm to each side from the duct to the fan so there is some room for custom fancovers. custom fancovers should have the !!!outer dimension of 42,0mm in height and 42,5mm in width
- made two versions of the satsana that have identical cooling function but the new cubic design is more to the original creation of the satsana.
- added a screwcover as a seperate print to hide the screws -not sure if that one works for older version!
Changed settings in 4th update:
- Repair of the nozzlefan "no screw mount part"
- Light shift of the mounting holes
- Added a nozzlefan predrilled hole on the top left corner
- Made a better premade support for easier prints
Changed Settings in Version 2:
- Exact measurement according to Elegoo exploded views
- Improved air passage for the hotend
- Improvement of the air channel for the nozzle with better viewing area
- Improvement of the air outlet to the nozzle
- Elongated mounting holes for sliding in the Z-axis
- Repair of the mounting for the blowerfan
- Cable guide pathwidened for better mounting
- Upper cable guide removed
- Improvement of the integrated support structure

Satsana Remix, build up from scratch with Fusion 360.
Remixed the original v59 with the Bullseye nozzlefan mount (without screws), added some other fix points for the screws and fan.
added also a custom support build in the model, so you dont have to take supports on
"anywhere".
