This was one of the first big projects I made when starting 3D modeling there is a number of issues with the models and I've since lost the CAD file and cannot fix them properly.
When printing I recommend using the Hammer Head and Handle files as they are full pieces(Do not split the Hammer head I made it originally to break apart and it doesn't fit together correctly leave it as one piece unless you need too in which case you may need to add negative volumes)
I have added at the bottom of the files with a note attached the full 3MF file of the hammer and its components that can be broken down for smaller printers, BUT I don't recommend it as it is a mess when taking it apart things don't line up and for some reason, there is at least one part missing if you WANT the file to mess around with and make work go for it but I apologize in advance its horrid.
As for Settings all I can say is try to make the Hammer head as light as possible(5-10% adaptive cubic/ 1-2 Walls) and try to make the handle as strong as possible(30-60% Gyroid 3-6 Walls).
Again apologies for this monstrosity of a model if you're turned away by all this I don't blame you but figured if you want to print it why not at least post it and allow someone to try.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
