Customizable Backpack Strap Cylinder Clip

Adapt any cylinder to any strap on your backpack with this parametric design.

pre-sized files:

I've included several pre-sized files for your convenience, but if you need a custom design, open the *.f3d file in Fusion 360, click Modify → Change Parameters.

Adjust the strap width and the item diameter to suit. You might want to reduce the diameter by a few 0.1 mm for a snug fit.

Printing Notes

• You'll need a little support in between the strap slots. Use a flush cutter to remove.
• ASA or PETG are probably better choices than PLA, but I've had good luck with it.
• The included *.gcode files are for an 0.8 mm nozzle.
