Cable tie panel fastener

A simple fastener that uses a cable tie to replace the expanding plastic pin used for panels in cars, or any other place where you can't access the back side.

Thread the cable tie through the washer, through the anchor and then through the washer again. Push the anchor through the hole and wiggle it around so it turns on its side. Now the anchor can no longer come out and you can pull the washer and anchor together by tightening the cable tie

The hole through the panels must be at least about 8 mm.

PLA is probably fine in most cases but for use on a car I would recommend using a tougher material like PETG or similar.
