my carb has an inlet pipe thats 44mm

I had done the voronoi skull first, worked well for years. I used a different skull i found online, just becuase it seemed to perhaps let less rain water in, if that was the case….

Its still not “rain safe”, fyi. 

I printed them in PLA without any problems. try to use a higher infill percentage. I normally aim for 4-6 walls/top/bottom, and 25%+ infill

Filter material can be a variety of products, ask your local trusted mechanic. Personally i use a metallic screen, as well as a metallic scrubber like the ones used in the kitchen.
