Decoupler for Anti-Backlash Z Screw Nuts

Bracket that allows Z-screw nut to be adjusted in X and Y directions.  Works with stock nut or Anti-Backlash replacement.  

Locked-Down:

Print the bracket and 2mm washer.  

Slippery X:

Print in PETG for less friction.  Sand contact surfaces.  If the 2mm washer is too tight, sand the washer top and bottom surfaces, reprint with the Z scaled smaller,  or use the 1.5mm washer instead. 

If using the stock nut, orient the nut's flange up.  

Assemble with the screws slightly loose and run your Z axis top to bottom a few times before tightening.  

IMPORTANT:  Check the mount screws occasionally.  Z-hop wiggles them and they can work loose over time.
