hi, this is my keychain model designed to be printed with a single extruder printer, composed of two interlocking pieces with a tolerance of 0.4 mm

Print Settings

• material - PLA
• noozle - 0.4
• layer height - 0.2
• vertical walls - 1
• infill - 15/20%
• supports - NO

The model was printed with an Anycubic Kobra Max with a tolerance of 0.4 mm and fits together perfectly. I recommend using super glue to join the pieces.

You may need to use sandpaper.
