Hioki DT4261 Multimeter - Test lead dust cover

Hey friends,

Just a really quick one today to help out anybody (and possible future me), with some replacement dust covers to suit the Hioki DT4261 multimeter leads.

The original dust covers feel a bit like an ABS if I had to guess, and I decided to replicate with some soft TPU in blue.

They turned out quite well and should do the job in case I lose track of the original items.
