Prop Feather and Throttle Sleeves

Sometimes I like to sim fly single engine turboprop aircraft, and I want that lever to feel like a typical propeller feather lever. But then the other one assigned to throttle seemed as though it needed something as well, so there you go. If I decide to make any other versions of these sleeves, it will be added right here. Feel free to redesign it to your liking with the Blender 2.8 file as a starting point.

I also made covers for the openings so things don't fall down in there when I'm not using the throttle quadrant. Perhaps you may find those worth printing.
