xLCD Top Mount for Prusa Enclosure

Printed in prusament petg. 
Ensure you have 3 walls turned on for the small contact that the square nuts get to be fully filled. 
Reuse the same screws from previous mounting location after drilling out holes with a 1/8" bit so the mount can screw flush.

I have tested this only on one version of the MK4 screen. 

Follow David Hruška's instructions on what cable to buy.  

Moved Screen to the top of the enclosure within the existing X-Y footprint. 
Had to drill out the top holes where the screws go with a 1/8" bit.
